Responsibilities Design and produce marketing email creative (templates, modules, promotional sends, automated flows), optimizing for performance while maintaining brand consistency. Create web/site assets (homepage takeovers, landing pages, banners, product storytelling assets) in partnership with E-comm and Brand teams. Develop social-first creative across IG/TT/Pinterest (feed, stories, reels covers, paid social), adapting concepts to platform best practices. Support design needs for beauty launches and campaigns, including Sephora in-store signage/fixtures, decals, and display collateral. Assist on partnership toolkits and asset suites that scale across channels. Design event collateral including invitations, step-and-repeats, menus, signage, gifting cards, and on-site graphics, ensuring print-ready quality and vendor-friendly file prep. Provide light on-set art direction for small-scale shoots (e-comm, social, email content), supporting the Head of Brand Creative with prop styling, layout, and visual consistency.
