The Designer is responsible for design, development, and production of creative materials such as social graphics, digital OOH, direct mail pieces, brochures, print ads, posters, signage, apparel, merchandise, web banners, and email blast templates for MSG business needs. The Designer will conceptualize, design, and route creative design solutions for approvals within respective departments and will participate in branding work including logo development for new initiatives. What will you do? Develop and execute innovative, best-in-class design solutions across multiple platforms. Track creative materials requests and deliverables from the point of receiving a creative brief through to completion. Collaborate with internal departments—Social, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Partner Success and key stakeholders—to refine creative assets and present creative work. Develop content and activations for brand initiatives throughout the year. Ensure quality control of internal company assets while maintaining an organized archive of projects and files. Identify opportunities to develop and implement design systems and templates for departmental creative needs. What do you need to succeed? 4+ years of relevant experience or branding design experience. Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork. Knowledge and passion for print design, digital design, branding, and typography. Strong presentation, analytical, conceptual and brainstorming skills. Keen attention to detail and aesthetics. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute wherever needed. Pay Range Onsite; $75,000—$90,000 USD. Seniority level Mid‑Senior level. Employment type Full‑time.
