Overview: This position is ideal for a junior designer interested in developing into a project management role.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Skills & Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience: Hands-on experience preparing construction documents
Preferred: Familiarity with all phases of design, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
Knowledge: Understanding of drawing standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements
Sponsorship: H1B visa sponsorship may be considered after 1-2 years of employment, for the ideal candidate.
