Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from 24 Seven Talent Sr Manager, Talent Solutions at 24 Seven Talent Senior Experiential Designer (3D) Type: Full-Time Location: NYC Onsite: 4 days/week About the Role This position is for a visionary, concept‑driven Senior 3D Experiential Designer (with some 2D capabilities) to lead the design of immersive, branded environments across a wide range of industries. This is a senior, hands‑on creative role where you will own spatial storytelling from pitch through production, with a sharp eye for aesthetics, form, and cultural relevance. In this role, you will partner closely with Accounts, Build, and Graphic Design teams to transform creative briefs into compelling physical environments that connect with audiences and achieve brand and business objectives. A strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and how ideas come to life in the real world is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead early‑stage concepting for experiential and environmental design projects through research, trend exploration, brainstorming, and moodboardin Develop high‑quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings that clearly communicate spatial vision, atmosphere, and style to both internal teams and clients Source furniture, props, finishes, and materials that align with the creative direction, brand guidelines, and overall project goals Leverage basic 2D and graphic design skills to: Collaborate closely with print production, fabrication, and build partners; understand material costs, production methods, and how design decisions impact budget and feasibility Work quickly and efficiently under tight timelines while maintaining a high level of craft, organization, and attention to detail Take ownership of projects with a proactive, self‑starting attitude—anticipating needs, flagging risks, and pushing the work forward Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and, when needed, clients—articulating design rationales, presenting concepts, and responding thoughtfully to feedback Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in 3D, environmental, experiential, or spatial design (agency or studio experience strongly preferred) A strong design point of view and refined visual instincts, grounded in cultural awareness and an understanding of current trends in design, art, fashion, and technology Expert‑level proficiency in SketchUp and rendering plug‑ins such as V‑Ray, Podium, or similar tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Solid understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and construction details as they relate to experiential and environmental design Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with Accounts, Production, and Graphic Design teams Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level Employment Type Full Time Job Function Design and Art/Creative Industries Advertising Services, Events Services, Marketing Services Direct Message the Job Poster Direct message the job poster from 24 Seven Talent #J-18808-Ljbffr
