Chao.S PR is looking for a full‑time designer to join our team. This role focuses on visual design for brand campaigns, spanning digital, print, motion, and large‑format environmental graphics for high‑visibility, real‑world placements. What You’ll Do Design posters and visual assets for brand campaigns, including social media, in‑store materials, and digital placements Create assets for Google Ads, including geo‑fencing and location‑based campaigns Develop visuals that align with each brand’s visual identity, tone, and existing brand guidelines / design guidebooks Design static and motion‑based creatives, such as animated posters, short videos, and loopable visuals Support large‑scale, on–site visual placements, including marquee‑style displays, upper LED screens, and courtside–level signage for live‑event environments Adapt designs across formats, scales, and screen ratios, ensuring clarity and impact in both digital and physical spaces Collaborate closely with PR, marketing, and strategy teams to translate concepts into strong, on‑brand visual executions What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy Ability to design within established brand systems, especially for brands with detailed design guidelines A refined sense of aesthetics and visual judgment, with the ability to elevate campaign visuals Experience with motion graphics, animated layouts, or video‑based posters is a strong plus Comfortable working on high‑visibility placements that require precision, scalability, and consistency Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple design needs across brands A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well within a fast‑paced environment This Role Is a Good Fit If You … Enjoy working across multiple brands and formats Are excited by the challenge of designing for both screens and physical environments Balance creativity with structure and brand discipline Care deeply about execution quality, consistency, and visual impact Thrive in team‑based creative workflows Location: Long Island City, NY 11101 #J-18808-Ljbffr
