Role Description The Account Executive oversees the day-to-day tasks for clients, serving as a key client-facing liaison. They are responsible for helping to manage the client relationship, drive deliverables, and execute affiliate and influencer strategies across accounts. This role leads daily and weekly publisher and creator outreach, ensuring seamless communication, strategy execution, and performance management.
Responsibilities Source and identify aligned creators for a variety of clients and account needs
Utilize and navigate platforms such as TikTok Shop, CreatorIQ, ShopMy, and LTK
Ability to utilize affiliate platforms
Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships
Communicate with clients, creators, and publishers via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Execute affiliate program strategies aligned with client objectives to drive performance and growth
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the influencer and affiliate landscape
Identify industry trends and provide strategic recommendations based on performance and market movement
Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities and respond to inbound inquiries
Review and approve affiliate applications
Manage creator communications through email and platform messaging
Stay current with affiliate marketing trends, emerging partners, and platform updates
Skills Ability to prioritize tasks while working across multiple accounts

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of in-house e-commerce or agency experience
Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc)
Exceptional planning and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently across client, partner relationships, and internal initiatives
