Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing marketing operations, including events, website, digital marketing, and social media. Key Responsibilities Event management, including conference 1x1 meeting coordination via partnership platforms Creatives support, including brochure and flyer layout Marketing operations such as WordPress webpage creation and webinar platform management LinkedIn posting and social media management Zoho CRM maintenance and continued optimization Digital marketing, including Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign management Qualifications Cell and gene therapy experience highly preferred. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and LinkedIn management. Proficient in marketing analytics and SEO optimization. A background in biology and experience with WordPress are considered a plus. Experience with collateral creation and layout Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year for conferences and industry events.
