Role Outline The Marketing Manager plays a key role in both understanding market conditions and trending to help the business with its go‑to‑market strategy as well as the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role for a results‑driven marketer who excels at balancing creativity with execution while leading marketing initiatives from concept through completion. Success in this role will directly drive business growth and brand differentiation. This position serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department—managing logistics, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company’s short‑ and long‑term business goals. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and strong organizational skills, with experience in industrial B2B markets or manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Campaign Implementation & Tracking: Manage workflows for campaigns and content development using Adobe Workfront, overseeing intake, review/approval, vendor coordination, and scheduling. Support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance measurement, including digital media and demand generation activities. Create and coordinate marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, email campaigns, social graphics, and product communications. Cross‑Functional Communication: Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistent messaging. Event Management: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and customer meetings to increase brand visibility and enhance marketing program impact. Attend trade shows and industry events to gain market insights, meet with customers or perform focus group sessions. Content & Material Management: Maintain files and digital assets in SharePoint and the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring consistent branding and adherence to corporate standards. Gather assets and prepare content for social media, websites, email and other channels. Post content to the company intranet, social platforms. Process Optimization: Help streamline marketing processes and enable agile responses to market trends and customer behavior changes. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights on customer needs and industry trends to support data‑driven decision‑making. Digital Marketing Support: Assist with website updates, social media management, and digital analytics tracking to drive online visibility and engagement. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer‑facing materials, proposals, and presentations that communicate the company’s value proposition. Budget & Vendor Coordination: Support budget tracking, vendor management, and purchase order processing for marketing activities. Foundational Experience Required Qualifications & Experience: 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or manufacturing‑related industries. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong project management skills and proficiency with PM software (Monday.com, Asana, etc.), SharePoint, and DAM systems. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.). Experience editing websites in a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Elementor). Ability to drive projects independently while collaborating across teams. Flexible, creative thinker eager to solve problems in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Desired Qualifications To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some or all of the following qualifications: Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Pardot, Marketo, etc.). Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Canva) for on‑brand digital assets. Demonstrated ability to synthesize marketing campaign KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
