Job Description Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and prospective shareholders through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations. Prepare and oversee quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, presentations, and other investor-related materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Track market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Address inquiries from analysts, investors, and potential shareholders regarding the company's performance, strategic direction, and future outlook. Organize investor conferences, roadshows, and related events, managing logistics and preparing relevant presentation materials. Maintain and regularly update the Investor Relations section of the company’s website to ensure the information is accurate and current. Evaluate market data, investor sentiment, and peer analysis to enhance investor communication strategies and engagement efforts. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations or a similar role, ideally with a U.S.-listed company; experience on the buy-side or sell-side is a plus. Deep understanding of financial statements, SEC regulations, and investor relations best practices. Familiarity with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance. Strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis; proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is required. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed. A personable and outgoing demeanor, with the confidence to engage and build rapport with stakeholders.
