Job Summary The Event Marketer will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals and community events to generate qualified leads for our sales team. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products using high energy and positive engagement techniques. Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed. Capture and manage show leads using our proven system. Set up and tear down event booths (ability to lift up to 50 pounds). Qualifications Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Attention to detail and punctuality. Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate customers about our product line. High energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods. Proficient in using the company system to generate qualified leads. Must have a smartphone to use the timekeeping application and submit leads. What We Offer Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission, paid weekly every Friday. Compensation increases based on event performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling.
