Business Development Representative (BDR) – Qureos Remote • MENA Region • Full-time

The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s hungry, driven, and ready to be the frontline of Qureos’ growth in the MENA region. Your superpower? Prospecting. Your energy? Unmatched. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality pipelines through outbound prospecting, engaging inbound leads, and booking meetings with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

Outbound Prospecting (Your Primary Motion)

Identify, research, and engage target accounts across MENA

Build and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn)

Personalize outreach based on company, industry, and HR/TA challenges

Inbound Lead Engagement (Your Speed Advantage)

Respond to inbound leads fast and move them through early qualification

Understand intent signals to prioritize high-conversion opportunities

Convert MQLs to SQLs with tight follow-up and structured discovery

High-Quality Qualification

Uncover pain points, urgency, decision-makers, budgets, and timelines

Ensure only high-quality meetings make it to the Sales Manager / AE

Pipeline & CRM Ownership

Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records

Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage

Forecast your pipeline with precision

Tools & Systems

You’ll work with:

HubSpot

Zoho

Apollo

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Lusha / Clearbit

And any other tools that help you book meetings faster than anyone else

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B environments

Strong English & Arabic fluency

Proven track record in prospecting and hitting targets

You’re not afraid of cold calls, you like them

You understand how to personalize outreach for HR, TA leaders, founders, and decision-makers

You think in metrics: activity, conversion, pipeline coverage

You have the hunger to grow into a Senior SDR, AE, or Sales Manager role
