Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate
to support our
Wholesale Parts Department . This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with wholesale customers, quoting parts, and helping drive sales growth through excellent customer service and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from wholesale customers Quote parts pricing and availability accurately and efficiently Enter and manage orders in the DMS Follow up on quotes to close sales Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely fulfillment Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus) Strong phone skills and customer service mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills; DMS experience is a plus Self-motivated with a positive attitude What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly + commission/bonus, if applicable) Stable schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the dealership Benefits package (if applicable) Apply today to join a growing wholesale parts operation!
