The Role We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results‑driven Social Strategist to join our growing marketing team. Based in San Francisco or New York City, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing social strategies for some of the world’s most influential technology brands.

Part strategist, part creative thinker, part trend‑spotter—you’ll collaborate with integrated teams to build social‑first programs that elevate brand narratives, engage diverse audiences, and drive measurable impact. You’ll partner directly with clients and internal teams to create platform‑specific strategies, breakthrough campaigns, and always‑on social content that connects.

If you live and breathe social media, thrive on finding the next big idea, and excel in fast‑paced, high‑standard environments—this one’s for you.

What You Do

Develop and lead social media strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels, tailored to client goals, audience behaviors, and platform nuances.

Plan and manage always‑on social calendars, integrating brand campaigns, cultural moments, and real‑time opportunities.

Concept and develop social‑first creative ideas, from short‑form video and carousels to interactive polls and influencer activations.

Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging formats, translating them into actionable client recommendations.

Analyze and optimize campaigns by tracking KPIs, monitoring engagement, and providing actionable insights to continuously improve performance.

Partner with cross‑functional teams (design, insights, PR) to ensure social content works seamlessly across campaigns.

Champion the use of AI tools and emerging tech to enhance ideation, production, and community engagement efficiency.

Engage in community management strategy by overseeing tone, voice, and engagement approaches that build relationships and loyalty.

Advise clients on platform best practices and audience engagement strategies that align with business objectives.

Build deep expertise in client industries, audiences, and competitors to inform content and engagement tactics.

Lead brainstorms and creative workshops, inspiring teams to think bigger and bolder in the social space.

What You Offer

4–6+ years of relevant experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or integrated communications, ideally in enterprise technology.

Prior agency and/or in‑house experience (especially in PR, digital marketing, or content‑led firms) required.

Proven track record developing multi‑platform social campaigns and content strategies that drive measurable results.

Deep understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their algorithms, features, and audience behaviors.

Familiarity with influencer partnerships and creator marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, native platform analytics).

Experience mentoring junior team members or managing freelancers.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; can distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.

Experience working with and writing for C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.

Strong client‑facing presence—you’re confident in leading strategy discussions and presenting content recommendations.

Proficiency with AI, content creation tools, and emerging digital technologies.

Ability to work independently and drive content forward, while collaborating closely with teams across functions.

Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

A passion for bold ideas, strong narratives, and helping clients do their most meaningful work.
