Description The Recruiting & Retention Specialist supports FINFROCK’s talent initiatives by developing employee focused programs, strengthening engagement, and ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates. This role combines event coordination, program development, recruiting support, and data-driven retention strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
Duties and Responsibilities Employee Retention & Engagement
Develop programs that strengthen intradepartmental communication and collaboration.
Develop and execute a leadership program for emerging FINFROCK leaders to enhance organizational knowledge and career growth.
Assist in recognizing employee anniversary milestones and celebrating high professional achievements.
Review and improve current reward and recognition systems to better highlight employee accomplishments.
Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to recommend and implement improvements.
Conduct interviews with current employees to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
Track, analyze, and report retention data and trends.
Brainstorm and execute additional programs that enhance overall employee experience.
Assist with planning and executing FINFROCK retention events that support a positive workplace culture.
Assist with coordinating and executing smaller engagement activities to maintain employee satisfaction.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
Assist FINFROCK recruiters in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, universities, and student organizations to support tours, campus presentations, and hiring pipelines.
Support coordination and execution of the FINFROCK Finternship Program.
Assist with identifying and evaluating candidates for the FINFROCK Apprenticeship Program.
Communicate clear interdepartmental career pathways to support internal mobility.
Review and evaluate FINFROCK job descriptions and position salary structures to ensure market competitiveness.
Work closely with department leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Collaborate with communications and creative production teams to enhance recruiting and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent development, or employee engagement roles (construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
