This role focuses on digital and omni performance advertising solutions within Walmart's Food business. You will develop high‑level relationships, negotiate complex opportunities, and provide holistic marketing solutions to strategic clients. Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities Develop and broaden high‑level collaborative relationships, identify contacts managing multiple budgets, and close large joint business plans with Fortune 500 marketers. Create and present needs‑based solutions and high‑quality objective‑based opportunities to RFPs. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals. Develop and actively manage short‑ and long‑term account plans based on client brand and performance marketing objectives. Partner with teammates and cross‑functional partners to execute operational and strategic initiatives, developing account plans and synthesizing market data. Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day‑to‑day contacts to execute against account plan. Collaborate with measurement partners to create a learning agenda and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s measurement solutions. Accurately manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources. Serve as an industry thought leader in creative and digital advertising to drive creative and client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s product and technology developments. Exhibit executive presence and confidence when presenting Walmart Connect to CEOs and CMOs at Walmart and suppliers/marketers. Qualifications Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills with strong attention to detail. Strong track record of high‑level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Performance Marketing, e‑Commerce Sales, Digital Video Sales, Retailtainment, Experiential Marketing, Online Advertising, and programmatic display/CTV sales. Experience managing client direct accounts and acting as a strategic advisor to C‑Level clients. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative selling. Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers. Strong analytical and Excel skills, curiosity, persistence, and structured problem‑solving. Experience in a fast‑paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area. • Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area. • 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition, search, mobile, or online sales. • 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales. • 5 years’ experience managing client accounts. • 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
