We are seeking a CDL Class A Driverto join our team! You will be delivering building material to job sites throughout the area. Rear mounted Moffett experience is a plus, but we will provide training for the right candidate. Safety is the number one priority at J&L, and we are looking for qualified drivers with clean driving records.
Must be able to drive manual with no automatic restrictions.The ideal candidate will have 1+yearsexperience driving a large commercial vehicle and excellent customer service skills.
TRAINING / NEW LOCATION INFORMATION
Littlestown will be our ninth and newest location. We are scheduled to move into this location in the first quarter of 2026. Initial company training may take place in York, PA; mileage reimbursement for training in York will be offered. Training in York anticipated to be less than two months.
Compensation
- Pay range is$26.68-$29an hour depending on experience
- Averaging 40-45 hours a week.More hours available per business needs.
- Time and a half overtime pay after 40 hours

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Every Night!
- Hours: 6:30am - 4:30pm Monday- Friday
- Occasional 7:30am noon shift on Saturdays
- Hauling: Building products
- Delivering to residential areas. Averaging 6 stops a day
- Level of Touch: Load and Unload

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a heavy truck
- Previous Moffett experience is a plus (will train if needed)
- Properly process paperwork
- Reportany issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before and after trip
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Minimum 1-yearexperience in truck driving or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Littlestown, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
