Content Specialist Job at Candlelight Homes in Draper
Candlelight Homes, Draper, UT, US, 84020
Candlelight Homes is seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to help shape and tell the story of our communities—most importantly, Firefly, our mission-driven, 8,700‑home master‑planned community centered on helping families unplug, reconnect, and build meaningful relationships outdoors.
In this role, you will own content strategy and execution across digital platforms, social media, influencers, events, and the Candlelight Homes website. You’ll partner closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to create work that reflects the heart of Firefly’s vision: fostering real connection in a world overwhelmed by digital noise.

Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms
Identify, vet, hire, and oversee influencers; run UGC‑driven campaigns, manage budgets, and report results

Produce platform‑optimized content that aligns with Candlelight’s voice and Firefly’s mission
