Spanish-Language TikTok Marketing Creator Position: Spanish-Language TikTok Marketing Creator (In-Office, Birmingham AL) Location: Birmingham, AL Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-office 4 days a week (WFH 1 day after 90 days) Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish & English Solano Law Firm is on a mission to uplift and empower the immigrant community — and we’re launching a brand-new Spanish TikTok channel that needs a passionate storyteller to lead the way. What You’ll Do: Be the on-camera personality for our new Spanish TikTok account Film, edit, and post unique, engaging short-form videos that connect with the immigrant community Capture in-office moments, client success stories, team culture, and behind-the-scenes content Support marketing projects such as client testimonials, social media campaigns, events & giveaways, office video shoots, and branding efforts Interact with clients to capture real moments (must be comfortable filming others & making them feel at ease) Confident on camera and self-starting — no one has to tell you what to do next A TikTok/IG Reels junkie — you know the trends and how to adapt them Experienced with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.) Passionate about immigrant communities, social justice, or making a real impact Organized and efficient — hits deadlines, tracks metrics, and follows up In-office 4 days/week required; optional 1 WFH day/week after 90 days of proven reliability Bonus if you have: Past social media content creation or marketing experience Graphic design or photography skills A following of your own or understanding of how to grow one Familiarity with immigration, law, or nonprofit spaces How to Apply: Resume/CV Two short videos – one in Spanish, one in English (upload to YouTube Unlisted or Google Drive and include the links) Any past video or social media work Please send your application to hr@solanolawfirm.com .
