DP3 Architects, Ltd. is seeking an Interior Designer to join our collaborative, design-driven Interiors Studio in Greenville, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with at least five years of experience in a commercial design environment who is passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality interior environments that integrate architecture, interiors, graphic design, and branded experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to guide projects from concept through construction. The candidate should also demonstrate strength in graphic design and branded environments, with the ability to translate client brand standards and messaging into cohesive interior spaces. In this position, you will lead the interior design process on a variety of commercial projects, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and internal team members. You will also assist our marketing team as a graphic designer for internal and external design projects. Responsibilities Leading interior design projects from concept through construction documentation. Space planning and layout development to support functional and aesthetic goals. Creating and coordinating construction drawings. Selecting finishes and specifying furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Integrating graphic design and branded environmental elements, including wayfinding, signage, and brand-driven interior features, where appropriate. Coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure design intent, quality, schedules, and budgets are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, graphic design, or environmental design is required. Minimum five years of professional experience in interior design, branded environments, environmental graphics, graphic design. Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and graphic design principles as applied to the built environment. Proficiency in space planning and interior design to create functional and aesthetic solutions. Strong understanding of architecture and construction drawings for integrating design concepts into building projects. Expertise in specifying and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for diverse project needs. Proficiency in design and presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite and Revit required; SketchUp is encouraged). Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
