Team Our team comes from DRW, Deutsche Bank, Rockpoint, Nansen, Balancer and other DeFi and TradFi institutions. We are Series A funded by Dragonfly, DCG, Nascent, Ethereal and others. We have built multiple DeFi products facilitating hundreds of millions of volume across a variety of asset types. We do not have middle managers.
Role The Product Designer role calls for an experienced and hands‑on designer to lead and execute the vision of the USD.AI platform. You’ll take ownership of shaping the USD.AI platform’s user experience, from ideation to execution to user feedback. This is a high-impact role offering significant autonomy to define the product’s direction and craft intuitive, elegant interfaces from the ground up. Working closely with leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll drive the end‑to‑end design process, ensuring our platform resonates with users in the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities Define and drive the overall product design vision and strategy for USD.AI
Lead the design of major features and contribute directly with hands‑on work including user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes
Own the vision and strategy for our design system, guiding its development while also contributing to its core components to ensure scalability and consistency
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align on roadmaps, prioritize efforts, and ensure a high‑quality, cohesive user experience
Establish and refine design processes (e.g., critiques, reviews, user research) that fit our fast‑paced environment and empower the team to do their best work
Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Design
2+ years of experience with traditional finance or DeFi applications
Deep personal passion for crypto or finance
A compelling portfolio showcasing both exceptional, recent hands‑on design work and your ability to lead projects strategically
A "builder" mindset, with a track record of operating with autonomy and thriving in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
Expert proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions What We Offer Base salary ($115k - $145k) competitive with crypto or finance startups
