Position Summary We’re looking for a Producer/Editor to join the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. In this role, you will tell our exciting story through the producing and editing of various segments. The Producer/Editor will be responsible for editing segments, features and other content, for distribution across multiple platforms to convey our story. What You’ll Be Doing: Shoot, edit, and produce compelling long- and short-form video content for both teams’ digital platforms Lead videography and post-production efforts, including lighting setup, camera operation, editing, and color correction/grading Shape and execute a creative vision that delivers engaging content across all platforms, including in-stadium, television, radio, digital, and social channels Collaborate closely with Digital Media, Sponsorship, Community Relations, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and goal-aligned storytelling Contribute to new content development through idea generation, research, and concept development to support audience engagement and organizational objectives Stay informed on current events, trends, and storylines related to the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in videography and video editing, including shooting, post‑production, and content delivery. (This is NOT an entry‑level role.) Demonstrated experience with professional lighting techniques and color correction/color grading workflows Experience with special effects, 3D, and compositing Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of post‑production environments Exceptional attention to detail, a strong visual eye, and an understanding of current web and social video trends Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed Willingness and ability to travel as required Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed All Candidates Should Have: Commitment to community and a people-first mindset Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to celebrate individuality and value diverse perspectives High integrity and a proactive, solutions‑oriented “winning” mindset Must live in or be willing to relocate to New Orleans or the surrounding areas What We Offer: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance options 401K with employer contributions Paid parental leave PTO and paid holidays Wellness Program Applications must be submitted online.
