Summary Of Position
Jet HomeLoans is seeking a proactive, creative, and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, growing marketing department and company. Ideal for someone with 0–2 years of general marketing experience, this role is perfect for a quick learner who can adapt easily and wants hands-on exposure across branding, events, social media, internal communications, and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with the Jet Marketing Manager and partner with Jet Sales, Operations, and Leadership, as well as that of Dream Finders Homes, our corporate partner. In tandem, you will support a polished, consistent Jet brand presence while contributing to initiatives spanning content development, budget support, PR, community outreach, CRM tasks, and culture programs—all aligned with The Jet Way.
Responsibilities
Branding, Collateral & Creative: Create on-brand marketing materials in Canva (flyers, social graphics, presentations, event signage, digital assets).
Promote a consistent brand image across all messaging, events, PR, and promotional materials.
Assist in developing collateral, PR, signage, and communication strategies with the Director of Marketing.
Coordinate marketing material orders, weekly shipments, and ongoing inventory restocking.
Maintain adequate inventory levels of all printed and promotional materials.
Support office décor projects, wall vinyl installations, and Company Store updates.
Social Media, Website & Content Development: Create social media content and maintain a structured social media calendar.
Support campaigns including employee spotlights, branch content, reviews, holiday posts, and promotional series.
Prepare and submit entries for awards, contests, and recognition programs.
Monitor the Jet HomeLoans website for accuracy and coordinate monthly website reviews and content updates.
Organize and maintain a library of media assets (photos, videos, graphics).
Community Outreach & External Relations: Evaluate and recommend community outreach opportunities—including sponsorships, charitable giving, and nonprofit partnerships to division leadership.
Manage key relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, event teams, and community organizations.
Support community visibility efforts at Realtor events, builder activations, and outreach initiatives.
Events & Culture: Plan and execute events, including Realtor mixers, consumer workshops, employee appreciation events, holiday events, and cultural programs (like Jetty Awards).
Support President’s Club operational needs when required.
Coordinate RSVPs, logistics, vendor management, materials, and event-day execution.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and occasional after-hours/weekend functions.
Marketing Budget & Operations: Execute marketing initiatives outlined in the annual division marketing budget.
Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing in developing the annual marketing budget.
Prepare monthly budget reports for the Marketing Manager and Managing Director/VP of Sales.
Code and submit invoices for approval and proper tracking.
Maintain and distribute status reports, project tracking documents, and schedules.
Update marketing procedures and manuals as processes evolve.
Internal Communications & JetConnect (SharePoint): Maintain and update JetConnect pages for Marketing, Sales, Training, Events, and Candid resources.
Publish internal communications, resource updates, reminders, and weekly highlights.
Organize and manage internal forms, documentation, and content libraries.
Salesforce/Candid & Data Support: Provide basic CRM support such as pulling reports, verifying lead data, and updating templates.
Assist the Marketing Manager with CRM cleanup, documentation, and automation tasks.
Complete special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager or leadership.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, PR, events, or related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design platforms preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
Bonus if experienced in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), website editing (WordPress, React) or event coordination/management.
Physical Demands
