This role focuses on creating innovative client solutions and ensuring flawless sponsorship fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sale Strategy: Attend advertiser and agency meetings to identify client needs Lead internal briefing sessions and develop strategic proposals Pitch ideas effectively and ensure alignment with brand and strategy Marketing Strategy & Storytelling: Translate advertiser goals into compelling marketing platforms Craft persuasive narratives using PowerPoint and Word Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, production, marketing, digital, and social teams Develop ideas across platforms: linear, streaming, digital, social, experiential Build activation and fulfillment plans aligned with client KPIs Prepare recap and renewal materials Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in sponsorship and marketing (sports experience preferred) Background in ad sales marketing ; experience with legacy media networks (NBC, ESPN) or consulting agencies a plus Expertise in digital campaigns across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work hybrid from Stamford, CT or Ponte Vedra, FL Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Desired Characteristics: Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Executive-level presentation and leadership abilities Interview Process: Round 2: In-person Interview (FL or CT) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Entertainment Providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
