About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution, with the clear objective of scaling sales for our e‑commerce store. This is a performance-focused role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on implementation.
You will manage everything from content direction and engagement tactics to influencer outreach and competitor research. If you have a proven track record of growing sales through social media, understand how to build hooks that convert, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Build, own, and execute the full social media strategy to drive e‑commerce sales.
Develop high‑performing content concepts, hooks, and conversion mechanisms.
Identify, contact, and manage influencer partnerships.
Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to inform strategy.
Track results and continuously optimize based on sales outcomes and performance data.
Collaborate with leadership to align social strategy with business goals.
Report performance KPIs and results transparently.
Core Requirements
Experience
3+ years managing social media strategy for e‑commerce brands.
Demonstrated success generating sales via organic and/or influencer channels.
Experience leading campaigns end‑to‑end (strategy + execution).
Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of direct‑response social media tactics.
Proven experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
Deep understanding of effective hooks, conversion drivers, and content strategy.
Strong analytical mindset, focused on performance‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent competitor and market analysis skills.
