Love INC of Mid Del Marva is hiring: Community Relations Associate in Seaford

Development & Outreach Associate Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Purpose The Development & Outreach Associate plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Love INC by supporting donor engagement, public outreach, and community relations. This individual will work closely with the Development Team to enhance communication, build strong relationships with churches, businesses and community partners, and share the message of Love INC through various forms of outreach and public speaking. This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, mission-driven, and skilled at building connections both one-on-one and with larger audiences. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Communications Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, text messages, and personal follow-ups with supporters, donors, and church partners. Represent Love INC at community events, church presentations, and partner meetings. Speak publicly about the mission and work of Love INC, including during evening and weekend engagements as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to community and donor inquiries. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with church partners, local businesses, and community members. Identify and engage new potential church and community partners. Coordinate and follow up with volunteers and partners regarding events and opportunities. Development Support Assist the Development Team in executing campaigns, fundraising efforts, and donor communications. Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in donor CRM systems. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Development Associate to promote events, initiatives, and success stories. Qualifications Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Proven ability to network and engage people from various backgrounds. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM platforms or data entry systems preferred. Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend events.
