Responsibilities: Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, empathy being a key skill Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads Manage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members. Handle member concerns when applicable Studio tours, sales Workshops and Pop‑up events Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention Clean and maintain the studio in order to ensure we have a clean and welcoming space Requirements: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Front desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative experience is an advantage Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies Job Types: Part‑time Salary: $16-18 per hour (Opportunity to make more with sales commissions) Benefits: Base Pay Uncapped Commission Two free stretches a month as employee perk Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Ability to commute/relocate: Carytown, 23221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you available to work during days / evenings weekdays and/or weekends?
