We’re looking for a detail-driven Customs Specialist to manage import/export entries and keep cross-border shipments moving without delays. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate documentation, handle classifications, and work directly with clients, carriers, and government agencies to ensure full compliance with customs laws. Assign HTS classifications, duty rates, and verify valuation and origin details. Coordinate with clients and partners to collect information needed for clearance. Monitor entries, troubleshoot delays, and respond to customs inquiries. Keep thorough records for audits and maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes. Support internal logistics teams and provide guidance on customs matters. What You Bring 2+ years in customs brokerage or related import/export work. Strong understanding of customs rules, international trade, and logistics. Experience with customs software. Excellent accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
