Our Educators Insurance Agency team is currently seeking an EIA Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, non-exempt role. This role offers a hybrid work opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The EIA Sales Producer represents Educators Insurance Agency, a division of Hanover Insurance, managing customer and prospect relationships. Responsibilities include selling insurance products to new customers via inbound and outbound calls, and managing existing client relationships.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Use sales techniques to build value in products tailored to the customer
Overcome objections & solve customer problems
Perform high-volume outreach to leads and prospects to generate new business
Build rapport, identify needs, and advise on coverage
Meet or exceed sales goals, focusing also on retention campaigns
Offer comprehensive coverage options including Home, Auto, and Toys
Navigate insurance transactions within relevant systems
Expand knowledge of all carriers in the agency
Provide training and mentorship to new Sales Producers
Handle complex accounts to increase customer retention
Participate in marketing campaigns and provide feedback
Respond to inquiries with timeliness and quality
Assess underwriting risks and adhere to guidelines
Recommend additional coverage when appropriate
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments
Support agency and company initiatives through various projects
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
Experience in sales and customer service
Valid state licenses and continuing education credits
