Description
CBL Properties, one of the largest mall REITs in the United States, is looking for a Local Leasing and Advertising Coordinator for Richland Mall in Waco, Texas. Responsibilities
Assist the Local Leasing and Advertising Manager with the implementation and coordination of the SLA program, including tenant move-in/out, RMU placement, signage approval, new tenant meetings, and compliance with common area visuals.
Coordinate and attend new tenant/licensee meetings, work closely with tenants to meet company/property standards.
Monitor and enforce common area visuals and operating requirements through daily walk-throughs, communication, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with property team and Operations Services on A/R management and collections.
Assist with holiday décor directives, event coordination, planning, and execution.
Manage back-lit directory program, invoice updates, and proof of postings.
Maintain and update tenant listings on in-mall directories and coordinate with marketing for online promotion.
Handle RMU and inline keys, key logs, and inventory of RMU shelving, fixtures, tarps, and accessories.
Other duties as assigned.
Paperwork and Reports
Screen and facilitate application process for walk-in and call-in prospects, communicating opportunities to the designated point of contact.
Prepare and send leasing packages/presentations to prospects or existing tenants.
Process License/Advertising Agreements and Exhibit A's in leasing software, facilitate signatures, and upload executed documents.
Compile and maintain tenant records, including certificates of insurance, waivers, business licenses, and gross sales reports.
Generate reports from Yardi/Ayuda on scheduled or requested bases.
Complete inventory sheets for set-up and tear-down, manage damage deposits, and reconcile within required timelines.
Revenue Generation Support
Compile lead generation lists from digital/social media canvassing, mailers, local advertising, etc.
Assist in qualification, follow-up, and tracking of leads from corporate inquiries or lead generation initiatives.
Assist in managing the storage program, including annual renewals and holiday storage leasing.
Assist in leasing special events (job fairs, small business expos, holiday markets, etc.).
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Flexibility in working hours.
