BRND WGN is building a dedicated team that will work directly with nmbl, a New York–based creative agency delivering world-class work for global brands such as Nespresso, Canon, and Vital Proteins.
This collaboration gives our new team the opportunity to operate on fast-paced, high-impact international projects while being fully supported by BRND WGN’s strategic and creative culture.
THE POSITION
We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team.
The Designer plays a key role in bringing brands to life across a wide range of visual touchpoints. They will work across multiple projects and clients—creating brand assets, campaign visuals, digital layouts, and content systems that feel intentional, crafted, and aligned with strategic direction.
With a strong visual eye and adaptable design approach, they can shift easily between concepting, execution, and refinement. Working closely with Creative, Strategy, and Content teams, they ensure that every output feels cohesive and contributes to a brand’s wider visual ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Design brand and campaign assets across digital, social, video, and traditional platforms.
Develop and evolve content templates, toolkits, and visual systems for ongoing use.
Collaborate with Strategists, Copywriters, Editors, and Creatives to translate ideas into design.
Prepare files and layouts for production and implementation across platforms.
Ensure visual consistency across brands, workstreams, and deliverables.
Embody nmbl’s principles — collaboration, curiosity, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset.
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in graphic design, digital design, or brand identity.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion tools a plus).
Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and systems thinking.
Ability to work within evolving brand worlds while contributing fresh ideas.
Comfortable juggling multiple brands, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience preparing assets for digital and social platforms.
Conditions:
Working Hours: Initially aligned to USA overlap hours (approx. 12—9pm CET). As the team and operating model mature, we will work towards more flexibility, with reduced overlap requirements and the ability to operate closer to standard local working hours (e.g. 9am—6pm CET), depending on role responsibilities and team needs.
Travel Budget: €2,000 annual travel budget (work-related travel, team meet‑ups, and collaboration with our US partners)
Location: Hybrid (The Brewhouse, Malta / Remote)
Salary Range: €30,000 — €40,000 annually (depending on experience)
