As an Estimate Writer, you can expect -- Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You’ll gain hands‑on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry. Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities Territory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential) Goal of at least 20 estimates a day Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling – estimate writing Set and achieve goals – weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Learn and apply sales techniques Requirements Strong self‑motivation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have a working mobile smartphone Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation Fish Offers Weekly pay Paid for the number of leads written PLUS commission on closed opportunities Opportunity to develop into a full‑time sales position Flexible schedule This is a great part‑time role for primary caretakers, college students and gig workers Attend meetings, events, and other networking opportunities Compensation $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2‑3 hours of estimating a day) #J-18808-Ljbffr
