About the Role We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst — a high-performing, analytically strong early-career talent who can take full ownership of campaign execution and continuously level up how things are done.

This role is ideal for ambitious top-university graduates with high honors who thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments where initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving are not just valued but required. If you enjoy figuring things out without being hand-held, creating better systems than what you inherited, and pushing the boundaries of "how things are usually done," this is for you.

You will work directly with the Operations team to execute creator-led campaigns end-to-end, identify process gaps, build better workflows, and take full ownership of outcomes. This role is designed as a high-growth, high-autonomy pathway for exceptional young talent.

Work hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm PH time, flexibility required

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do Campaign Execution & Coordination

Own day-to-day execution of creator-led campaigns—tracking deliverables, reviewing outputs, managing timelines, and ensuring everything meets client expectations.

Coordinate with both clients and creators, anticipating needs before they are raised.

Operational Improvement & Problem-Solving

Quickly learn existing campaign processes and proactively identify faster, smarter, and more efficient ways of doing things.

Build simple workflows using no-code/low-code tools (training provided) to eliminate manual tasks and speed up operations.

Project Ownership

Take full ownership of your assigned campaigns and operational tasks—no waiting for instructions on "what’s next."

Proactively elevate risks, propose improvements, and contribute new ideas to strengthen operations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Head of Operations and cross-functional teams to support new productized services and internal tooling.

Help shape documentation and internal knowledge bases for future scale.

What You Bring

Top-tier academic performance from leading PH universities (ADMU, DLSU, UP, UST, UA&P, etc).

Fresh graduates or graduating students who have had a foreign exchange or a summer internship or both are welcome; up to 2 years’ professional experience in a similar field is also acceptable.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, unstructured environments.

Natural drive to improve systems, challenge status quo, and build solutions without being prompted.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A strong track record of excellence, such as:

Honors / Dean’s list

Leadership roles

Exchange programs

Competitive internships (consulting, finance, tech, venture capital)

Preferred qualifications

Experience or internships in investments, consulting, VC/PE, strategy, growth, or operations

Experience with no-code/automation tools (not required; can be learned)

Background in creator, influencer, or social media operations

Interest in B2B SaaS or developer communities
