Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast‑growing executive services organization launched in 2012. Executives, business owners, and busy professionals use our services to handle household tasks, chores, and projects, allowing them to focus on family, careers, and other activities they love.
Job Summary We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support a busy family in Issaquah as they prepare for an upcoming move to Sammamish. The role includes travel planning, vendor management, home organization, bill pay, errands, and light meal prep. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Hours & Compensation Hours:
15 hours per week, a blend of on‑site and remote work. Preferred start time on‑site days: 8:00 a.m.
Compensation:
$28–$31 per hour, based on experience.
Location Issaquah/Sammamish, on‑site; candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.
Start Date As soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Assist with upcoming move (vendor coordination, organization projects, donation drop‑offs)
Plan travel
Manage vendors
Run errands (prescriptions, groceries, donation drop‑offs)
Handle online bill pay, insurance claims, expenses, receipt tracking
Help prepare events
Possibly perform EA tasks in future
Car servicing
Prepare basic meals and snacks
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with dogs
