We are looking for a
Full‑Time Leasing Consultant
to join our high‑energy community of 375 apartment homes in Owings Mills, MD. The Leasing Consultant will provide outstanding customer service, manage lease activity, and support community relations to ensure resident satisfaction and alignment with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
Guide prospects from initial contact to resident move‑in, maintaining closing ratios.
Collect rental deposits and process all lease paperwork.
Ensure the property is in excellent condition and coordinate maintenance requests.
Manage the property’s social media presence and coordinate resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required.
1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred).
Sales aptitude.
Professional appearance.
Ability to work weekends.
