Responsibilities
Make the complex simple when communicating with customers via phone, in person or in writing. Process member transactions such as payments, escrow disbursements and refunds. Process member service requests such as address changes, automatic payments and general research. Adhere to quality standards for consistent, high quality service. Ensure adequate insurance coverage requirements are met and tax escrows are up to date and accurate; work with vendors to mitigate issues as appropriate. Review and process PMI waiver requests in accordance with investor guidelines; process monthly PMI terminations. Review reports for adjustable rate mortgages to ensure future rate and payment changes are correct. Prepare lien releases on paid‑in‑full loans. Prepare mortgage loan modifications and maintain the servicing system accordingly. Assist customers with disbursement of insurance loss claims paid to customers for damages. Provide support to other functions within the department. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years of mortgage, Title Company or related work experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Assumes responsibility for achieving results. Identifies customers' banking issues and needs. Passion for accuracy effective time management. Serves as a resource to customers, prospective customers, and employees. Builds collaborative and productive relationships in the branch. Working knowledge of relevant software including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Knowledge of regulatory rules and requirements including but not limited to FNMA and FHA. Requires face‑to‑face interaction in person or by telephone and e‑mail with customers, clients, and vendors. Fluency in English and Spanish a plus. Physical Demands and Work Environment
