Sales Collateral & Tools Sr Associate Join Grant Thornton (US) in the Connected Sales & Marketing function as a Sales Collateral & Catalysts Specialist. This role focuses on creating innovative, value‑driven sales enablement content that empowers client‑facing teams to effectively communicate our expertise in tax, audit, and advisory services.

Job Description As a Sales Collateral & Catalysts Specialist, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver compelling sales acceleration tools that differentiate our offerings in the marketplace. From day one you will be empowered by a collaborative culture and comprehensive resources to make a meaningful impact on our firm’s growth trajectory.

Your Day-to-Day May Include

Leading the development and maintenance of sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, value propositions, and service offering descriptions that align with our brand and messaging strategy.

Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narratives and visual materials.

Designing and implementing experimental and interactive sales tools such as ROI calculators, assessment questionnaires, or other sales "widgets" that accelerate the sales cycle.

Coordinating with onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless content production workflows, consistent quality standards, and efficient resource allocation.

Partnering with the Training & Readiness team to create materials that support the adoption of new sales content and tools across the organization.

Analyzing usage data and gathering feedback from sales teams to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales enablement assets.

Working closely with the Lead Qualification Director to develop targeted content that addresses specific client pain points throughout the buyer's journey.

Maintaining a comprehensive content repository that enables sales professionals to quickly access the most relevant and up‑to‑date materials.

Staying current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative sales enablement approaches.

Other duties as assigned.

You Have The Following Technical Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, content development, or marketing communications, preferably in professional services or B2B environments.

Demonstrated experience managing content creation teams and collaborating with distributed/offshore resources.

Proficiency with content management systems, design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and digital content creation tools.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and B2B buying processes in professional services.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.

Experience developing interactive content and digital tools such as ROI calculators and assessment questionnaires.

Data‑driven approach to content strategy with the ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to improve performance.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive excellence in content development.

Can travel as needed.

Base Salary Range Chicago, IL; Downers Grove, IL; Denver, CO; Reno, NV; Cleveland, OH; Baltimore, MD: $76,000–$114,000 per year.

Washington, DC; Bellevue, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Newport Beach, CA; San Diego, CA; Boston, MA; Iselin, NJ; New York, NY: $82,100–$123,100 per year.

San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA: $87,400–$131,100 per year.
