Responsibilities
Develop and execute a personal brand strategy aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, thought‑leadership‑driven content for LinkedIn and our internal platforms.
Promote SoftServe’s services, expertise, and success stories through the leader’s voice.
Work closely with C‑level executives to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful communications.
Support internal communication initiatives, helping keep teams aligned and inspired.
Collaborate with communications, marketing, and design teams to craft posts, visuals, and align the strategy.
Grow the leader’s professional network by adding relevant contacts on LinkedIn and expanding follower count.
Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Stay ahead of digital and industry trends to bring fresh ideas.
Qualifications
Experienced in personal branding, executive communications, or social media management.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proficient in English at least Upper‑Intermediate or Advanced level.
Skilled in Figma for visual preparation and collaboration.
Knowledgeable of technology trends.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Experience promoting IT services or technology solutions is a strong plus.
