Account Executive, Staffing Industry - Remote/Midwest

We’re seeking an Account Executive to join a growing team and help drive national expansion across IT, F&A, Construction, and emerging verticals like Life Sciences and Engineering.
This is an immediate need for a true producer: Someone who loves sales, thrives in a collaborative environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on building new business and expanding existing relationships, supported by a tenured team of recruiters who deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business development in IT, Finance & Accounting, Construction Management, and related verticals.
Manage the full client lifecycle – prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and delivering top-tier staffing solutions.
Partner closely with recruiters in a true split-desk model, ensuring strong collaboration and communication.
Engage directly with consultants and candidates when needed.
Build and maintain relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, including Fortune 200 companies.
Help shape market strategy and future vertical focus as our client continues to scale nationally.
What You Need
A self-starter with 3–7 years of staffing industry experience – ideally in IT, F&A, or skilled trades.
A former recruiter turned salesperson (preferred) who understands both sides of the desk.
A problem-solver. You bring a solutions mindset and don't make excuses.
Collaborative, coachable, and competitive; you lead by example and elevate the people around you.
Experienced selling Corp->Corp or contract staffing solutions; comfortable working nationally.
Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment where your impact is visible and your hustle matters.
