IHRE AUFGABEN
Sie übernehmen in Ihrer Funktion als Technischer Sachbearbeiter Armaturen (m/w/d) die Verantwortung als Produktgruppenverantwortlicher (m/w/d) für Armaturen innerhalb Ihres Zuständigkeitsbereichs.
Sie erarbeiten technische Auslegungen für Armaturen, Geräte und Komponenten auf Basis technischer sowie allgemeiner Anforderungen und entwickeln diese innerhalb der jeweiligen Produktgruppe weiter.
Sie entwickeln neue sowie bestehende Armaturen, Geräte und Komponenten kontinuierlich weiter und arbeiten dabei eng mit Unterlieferanten der jeweiligen Produktgruppen sowie mit Unterauftragnehmern vor Ort zusammen.
Sie erstellen und pflegen einheitliche, projekt- und herstellerneutrale Katalogdatenblätter für definierte Produktgruppen und integrieren dabei neutrale Maßbilder.
Sie betreuen Armaturen-, Geräte- und Komponentennachweise im Rahmen von Querschnittsaufgaben wie Schock, Magnetik, DIN 2303, Zuverlässigkeit und Funktionssicherheit.
Sie verwalten die vollständige technische Dokumentation einer Produktgruppe und stellen dabei die Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen und Vorschriften sicher.
Sie koordinieren die logistische Unterstützung, indem Sie Reparatur- und Modifikationsanleitungen sowie Wartungsdokumente bereitstellen, die Bearbeitung der Logistics Requirements steuern und Betriebsanleitungen, Arbeitsanweisungen für Setting to Work sowie Einbauvorschriften beschaffen.
IHR PROFIL
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren metall- oder maschinenbaunahen Ausbildungsberuf und haben zusätzlich eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Maschinenbautechniker absolviert sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau erworben.
Sie bringen idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Armaturen im Rohrleitungsbau sowie in deren Anwendung mit und zeigen Interesse an der Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Rohrbauteilen.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Anforderungs- und Verifikationsmanagement und wenden diese sicher in technischen Projekten an.
Sie beherrschen die Dateneingabe und Pflege technischer Informationen in komplexen EDV-Systemen wie Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Ahoi, SAP und AutoCAD.
Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
Sie besitzen ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und setzen dieses konsequent ein, um praxisnahe und tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
