is looking for a detail‑oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our established agency. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage and familiarity with both admitted and non‑admitted carriers. The successful candidate will manage a large, established book of business and provide coverage review, endorsements, and policy support.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Manage a large, established book of business.
Build and maintain client relationships in a client‑facing role.
Handle new and renewal business, including coverage reviews and endorsements.
Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
Ensure retention of all accounts assigned.
Apply problem‑solving techniques to cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
Demonstrate experience in a brokerage setting.
Hold an active P&C license.
