Responsibilities
Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions and build customer lifetime relationships.
Communicate efficiently during in‑home conversations, helping homeowners save on utilities, future repairs, and improve comfort & air quality.
Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong ability to build and maintain trust‑based customer relationships.
PC proficiency and comfort using sales tools and technology.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of B2C sales experience (industry experience not required).
Strong drive to sell to customers and solve their needs.
Physical Requirements
Work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation or office.
Communicate verbally via phone or other device.
Stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Occasional stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
Work usually performed in an indoor office environment.
