Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Achieve overall Gross Written Premium (Cat A)
Guide the CAT A team to bring almost all RFQs in the market to Tata AIG GICL
Convert RFQs
Assist the team in working with brokers and underwriters to increase top line
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities – Cat B & C
Guide the CAT B&C team to bring almost all RFQs in the market to Tata AIG GICL
Convert RFQs
Assist the team with brokers and underwriters to increase top line
Maintain bottom line
Filter accounts based on LR experience
Maintaining Hygiene
Ensure timely booking of sourced business to provide policy/endorsements quickly
Track process steps such as CRS creation, CD creation, cheque bounce, reconciliation, sourcing booking requirements, approvals, follow up with UW and operations team, coordination with taxation team, etc. Target: 95% cases inward within 15 days
Experience
10-12 years in insurance/financial sector
At least 3-4 years of experience leading a company/business line in broking
