Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Program/Project Manager
to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on experience with testing processes, UAT coordination, and expertise in Jira for test and defect tracking. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test plans, and schedules for various projects.
Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, including planning sessions, test case reviews, user support, and sign-off processes.
Use Jira to manage test cases, track defects, monitor progress, and produce reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure sufficient test coverage.
Identify testing risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Ensure all testing artefacts are properly documented, including test scripts, test results, and closure reports.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2–5 years of experience in software testing coordination, project management, or QA lead roles.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
Hands-on experience with Jira (defect management, test management plugins preferred).
Proven experience working with business users and stakeholders during UAT cycles.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is$140,000-$160,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
