✅ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

✅ Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to enhance business strategies.

Requirements

✔️ Minimum

1 year

of experience in business development within a

recruitment consultancy .

✔️ Strong understanding of the

hiring & staffing

industry.

✔️ Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .

✔️ Ability to

work independently

and achieve targets in a remote setup.

✔️ Proficiency in

LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling .

✔️ Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with

B2B sales .
