Responsibilities
Used car inventory acquisition and management
Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
Work closely with general manager, service manager and dealership vendor partners to maximize department performance
Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Departments
Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance
Qualifications
Used Car Manager experience is required
V-Auto experience preferred
Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
Shown success in used car acquisition and management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude
Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Experience and desire to work with technology
High School diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
