Supply Chain - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Maximo – Senior Technical Consultant – Open Location Location: Anywhere in Country. This a full‑time, mid‑senior level position with EY. Join EY and help build a better working world.

The Opportunity Your role as a Senior will focus on managing and delivering client engagements centered on Maximo/MAS consulting services for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) clients. You’ll mentor, coach, and counsel team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high‑performing teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide advisory/consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance.

Mentor, coach, and counsel client team members to build inclusive and high‑performing teams.

Maximise operational efficiencies on engagements.

Perform functional tasks, including requirements development, configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.

Understand the applications’ functionality, intended processes, uses, and features that business partners can leverage.

Work with users and development staff on issues related to implementation of maintenance, purchasing, service management, and inventory management.

Apply relational database, reporting, and other technology skills.

Understand software and application development life cycles and formal project management techniques.

Interact with users to obtain and share information needed for successful system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.

Enhance EY’s brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients.

Provide strategic, relevant insight to anticipate client needs.

Support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives.

Promote a forum for sharing EAM expertise.

Strengthen collective EAM knowledge to resolve client challenges.

To Qualify for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 2 years of experience.

Prior experience delivering Maximo/MAS services to EAM clients.

Business process design experience and ability to create functional requirements.

Good communication skills and proficiency with applications or supporting applications.

SQL experience, highly adaptable, self‑directed.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience delivering advisory‑type services to EAM clients.

Experience participating in teams and supporting engagement economics and business development.

Flexibility to work across advisory services if needed.

Willingness to travel as required; valid driver’s license.

Ideally You’ll Also Have

Utility experience, Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile knowledge.

Compatible Units experience.

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

EAM product experience (Maximo/MAS, Oracle, Hexagon).

EAM configuration tools experience.

What We Offer You

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary range for all US locations at $102,500–$187,900.

Hybrid model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time.
