About the Role: Join Paul Davis Restoration of Baton Rouge, LA as a Business Development Representative, where you will be at the forefront of driving growth and building relationships. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment dedicated to helping our community recover and restore after disasters.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the Paul Davis brand.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
