Merchandise Strategy & Pricing Manager – ECCO At ECCO, we believe people are at the heart of our success. We are seeking a Manger of Merchandise Strategy & Pricing to define and drive the regional assortment and pricing architecture across Wholesale and DTC for the Americas (US, Canada), with a primary focus on winning back wholesale and driving profitable growth.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence at our corporate office located in Salem, NH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

What You’ll Do

Support the successful execution of the regional collection and assortment plans across all categories, in service of ECCO's brand vision, sales growth, margin, and inventory productivity.

Support the adoption of the new merchandising tools, systems, and processes through strong cross‑functional partnership.

Proactively communicate critical business risks, opportunities, and performance insights to leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Merchandise Strategy & Architecture

Support the Americas regional collection architecture across all categories, ensuring clarity of price tiers, franchise strategy, and SKU optimization by channel and market.

Lead SKU lifecycle management across DTC and Wholesale, including new launches, carryovers, season skippers, and exits.

Develop and maintain a 3‑year assortment outlook for Wholesale, rooted in core franchises and strategic growth categories.

Pricing Strategy & Margin Architecture

Drive competitive price benchmarking and ensure price competitiveness by market (US, Canada).

Support with the Americas pricing architecture, including price ladders, opening price points, and hierarchy strategy by category.

Partner with Finance and Planning to optimize regional margin structure and price/mix performance.

Wholesale Strategy & GTM

Lead the development and execution of the Wholesale Go‑To‑Market product tools, including linesheets, product decks, and seasonal communication assets.

Lead sample management strategy for Wholesale, including timelines, budgets, ordering, and distribution.

Analysis, Performance & Governance

Lead and collaborate cross‑functionally with the total collection performance analysis across all channels and markets, including sell‑through, margin, price/mix, inventory productivity.

Identify business risks and opportunities tied to assortment structure, pricing strategy, and channel mix.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Present merchandising and pricing strategy in internal and key account forums as required.

Act as strategic liaison across Merchandising, Product, Sales, Planning, Finance and Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications – Skills & Abilities

Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written) and ability to exchange information with others clearly, concisely and professionally.

Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Merchandising.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Proficient with other MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to read, write, and speak English at a proficient level.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 40%.

Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000
