Customer Service and Sales Associate
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and product selection
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales
Promote products and services to meet or exceed sales goals
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area
Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
