About the Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the real estate market. Your primary goal is to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team, contributing significantly to the achievement of our sales targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather intelligence on industry trends.

Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Qualify leads based on their potential for sales opportunities.

Schedule and conduct initial meetings or calls with potential clients to assess their needs and introduce our services.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets in terms of lead generation and qualification.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
